The AGZ provide a variety of services, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, group coaching workshops, continuing professional development, and a 6-month live online certification course. Our areas of expertise encompass career coaching, stress management, mental health coaching, relationship coaching, transformational coaching, and personal development.

The AGZ 6-month life coaching program is offered twice per year, running from January to June and from July to December.
Classes are held Sunday 5:00 PM CST- 6:30 PM CST and 6:00 PM EST-7:30 PM CST
The AGZ requires coaches to complete 20 hours of continuing professional development in two years between receiving their coach credentials and renewals. These 20 hours can only be obtained through The AGZ Accredited Program. CPD can help you enhance your existing skills and acquire new ones. You can also expand your knowledge base and explore new topics and perspectives.

My mission as a Life Coach is to empower and inspire my girlz and young women ages 13-21 to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. Assist them with unlocking their power, to discover their unique voices, build unshakable confidence and lead with purpose.
My Services
Our program is designed to create a safe, supportive space where girls can grow into confident, purpose-driven young women. We offer a range of coaching services tailored to meet girls where they are — emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
💬 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Personalized, private sessions that focus on each girl’s individual goals, challenges, and growth. These sessions build trust and allow for deep personal transformation.
👭 Group Coaching Sessions
Small group settings where girls support, encourage, and learn from one another. These sessions foster sisterhood and peer learning in a guided, structured environment.
🏠 Group Home Coaching
We provide on-site coaching in group homes to support girls in transitional or residential living situations. Our focus is to equip them with emotional tools, life skills, and encouragement for the future.
🌿 Weekend Girls Retreats
A powerful weekend experience focused on reflection, renewal, and real connection. Girls unplug from everyday distractions to connect with themselves, others, and their purpose.
👧🏽 A4A (Admiration 4 Attagirlz)
A signature bi-monthly group for girls ages 13–18. A4A meets twice a month and offers a consistent space for support, growth, and fun. Each session includes activities, discussions, and empowerment lessons.
